According to different dictionaries, the meaning of the word "see-through" is as follows:
Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary:
(of cloth) very thin so that you can see through it
Collins English Dictionary:
A see-through piece of clothing is very thin and light, so you can see other clothes or the body under it
transparent
Merriam-Webster's Advanced Learner's Dictionary:
thin enough to be seen through
It can be seen that the meanings given by different dictionaries are consistent. The word "see-through" is an adjective that is almost synonymous with "transparent" or "translucent."
But in the current content "See-Through Leaves" of the option "options.cutoutLeaves," the word "see-through" is clearly different from the actual meaning intended to be expressed. The meaning here is: the model of the leaves is not a complete block, and players can see what is behind the leaves through the gaps between the leaves; rather than the leaves becoming transparent or translucent like glass or water.
This option can be renamed to "Detailed Leaves", or simply named "(Alpha) Cutout Leaves", just like its key "options.cutoutLeaves".

I would suggest “Leaf Block Transparency” or, conversely, “Opaque Leaf Blocks”.
