[MC-303099] Spears don't apply knockback with the charge attack if blocks are in the way

How to reproduce: grab a spear and spawn eggs (should work with any). Charge at the placed mob on uneven terrain or block walls (like a tree).

Expected result: the mob should get knockback from the first phase of the charge attack

Actual result: doesn’t apply knockback

Tricky to explain. For my situation, i was near a tree and uneven terrain, might work in other condition

I'm not getting any knockback with my enchanted spear flat ground or otherwise.

Spear damage / knockback depends on speeds and spear angles. At lower speeds, not ideal spear angles damage is dealt, but not knockback.
