Banners messing with textures and item frames when placed.

I have updated my minecraft world from 1.21.10 to newest snapshot 25w42a. Then I discovered that for some reason, placed pillager banner makes the items inside certain item frames invisible and same items be invisible when thrown. The ones I noticed are dirt block, netherrack, waxed block of copper, oak planks and stone block. Another thing is that the banner itself changes textures depending seemingly on the players camera angle, just swapping between diffirent textures. Everything is fine when the banner is inside the inventory or the chest. I don’t have any texture packs.
