Nautiluses do not deal damage if mobGriefing is false

Nautilus and zombie nautilus dash attacks do not deal damage to players or pufferfish if the mobGriefing gamerule is false.

To reproduce:

1. /gamerule mobGriefing false

2. Spawn a nautilus in water

3. Punch the nautilus in survival

4. Wait for it to dash into you

5. Observe that the dash attack deals no damage
