[MC-303077] Nautilus and Zombie Nautilus cannot deal damage with their ram attack when being ridden by a mob

When a nautilus (or zombie nautilus) is being ridden by another mob, its ram attack does no damage.

This is not affected by if the rider is passive or hostile.

Expected Result:

The nautilus deals damage with its ram attack.

Observed Result:

The nautilus does not deal damage with its ram attack.

Yes, mobGriefing was set to false. I assume that is the actual issue?

Just did more testing, when mobGriefing is true, the nautilus/zombie nautilus does deal damage while ridden by a mob.
