Nautilus and Zombie Nautilus cannot deal damage with their ram attack when being ridden by a mob

When a nautilus (or zombie nautilus) is being ridden by another mob, its ram attack does no damage.

This is not affected by if the rider is passive or hostile.

Expected Result:

The nautilus deals damage with its ram attack.

Observed Result:

The nautilus does not deal damage with it’s ram attack.
