When a player in Creative mode attacks a zombie, and that zombie summons reinforcements, the spawned zombies pathfind towards and try to attack the Creative mode player. After attacking once, the zombies then lose interest and return to regular behavior.
I’ve confirmed this is the case for husks, drowned, and zombified piglins as well.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set difficulty to Hard (reinforcements only spawn on Hard)
Set own gamemode to Creative and look for naturally spawned zombies.
Attack zombies repeatedly until a reinforcement zombie is spawned.
Notice how the spawned reinforcement zombie pathfinds towards and attempts to attack you, despite you being in Creative mode.
