Steps to reproduce:
Place a trial spawner;
Use any mob egg on it;
ctrl + “pick block” on trial spawner.
Expected result:
Tooltip showing which mob trial spawner contains or no tooltip at all.
Actual result:
Appears additional text from command block tooltip.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: see the 24w44a changelog:
Item blocks with
minecraft:block_entity_datacomponent will now set block entity data only ifidtag matches type of placed block entity
Additionally, a warning will be added to item tooltip if placing such item might directly or indirectly lead to command execution with high permission level
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
