Nether portal animation causes beacon beams to render through fog

Reproduction Steps:
- Set your render distance to 32
- Build a beacon in the nether
- Fly 200 blocks away & build a nether portal
- Enter the nether portal and face the direction where the beacon is

Note: If the beacon was already build and you reload the world you need to first visit beacon to load it and then come back to the nether portal to reproduce. Else the issue won’t happen

Observed Results:
- The Beacon renders through fog when a player is inside a nether portal

Expected Results:
- This wouldn’t happen
