Disabling Anisotropic Filtering has no effect in-game (redo)

25w44a added a new video setting called Anisotropic Filtering, it is enabled by default. In the snapshot when you set the slider to OFF. It does not actually disable it.

This is separate from Mipmapping which uses downscaled versions of the textures. Anisotropic Filtering does not change the resolution of the texture, it applies visual smoothing to pixels on the existing texture displayed in the world.

I'm using a 1366 x 768 monitor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load up a world

2. Look at, or take a screenshot of nearby distant blocks and zoom into it, you will notice how there is subtle pixel smoothing on the nearby distant block textures.

3. Press Esc and go into Options… → Video Settings… and find “Anisotropic Filtering”

4. Move the slider all the way to the left until it says OFF, then exit the settings

5. Repeat step 2

Expected Result: Nearby distant block textures will be sharp with only mipmapping taking effect, the same behavior as 1.21.10

Actual Result: The blocks will still have pixel smoothing on the block textures.
