[MC-303886] Switching to a spear in the middle of breaking a block breaks charge attack functionality

If you start to break a block using any item except a spear, and then switch to a spear in the middle of breaking the block, the spear''s charge attack functionality doesn’t work anymore (right clicking does nothing) until you switch off of the spear. Additionally, this broken state where the charge attack doesn’t work causes the block breaking animation to stay on the ground.
