Use an RX 7800 XT with mesa 25
Turn on the lowest levels of AF
Turn on the lowest levels of MipMaps
Use a super flat world with minecraft:smooth_stone without mobs

Note, according to the minecraft fabric modding discord, apple has the best quality with these settings, followed by some AMD cards (not mine for some reason) then Nvidia

Here is 8X Aniscopic Filtering without mipmaps which works good

Here is the inverse as above with 4X mipmaps and no Aniscopic Filtering

which would be the same as prior versions of minecraft

Can confirm with an RTX 4060 Ti. With mipmap levels set to 4, enabling anisotropic filtering makes moiré patterns appear on the blocks.

I cannot reproduce on Intel B580
