Entities damaged in minecart

All my entities staying in minecart are taking damage over time. Probably collision because my character gets damage as well whenever very near a minecart. Affect various entities like villagers, skeletons, shulker box and even some others…so probably any entity.

Environment

Windows 10, java 8 - 471 64bits

Hi,
yes, this is my old world, updated firstly to 25w43a in that snapshot it was ok, then I noticed issue during 25w44a where minecart were causing damage but I think (not completely sure) i noticed entities taking damage around block corners, like lama moving over land. In current 25w45a the issue is persisting at least for minecarts.
Running my own java server I shut it down before entities start dying.

ok, minecraft:max_entity_cramming
that would be the issue? 🙈
java server returns:
[22:47:44 INFO]: Gamerule max_entity_cramming is currently set to: 1
For the first question…maxEntityCramming not sure but most likely pretty high as I had ender farm and some other crazy stuff…

My mistake, it was probably 0 to disable rule to keep multiple entities in the same space… 🙈

Thanks for the response. In 25w44a, there was a bug (MC-303705) which meant you could no longer disable entity cramming by setting the max_entity_cramming game rule to 0, so upgrading a world to 25w44a would set it to 1, which was its minimum value. This has been fixed in 25w45a, so you can now set it back to 0. Since upgrading from 1.21.10 straight to this snapshot will not cause this issue, I’m resolving this as a duplicate of MC-303705, since that issue was what caused your problem.
