[MC-30431] Sprinting in boat

What is expected to happen :
Nothing should happen by pressing the sprint keybind in a boat.
What is actually happening :
The FOV changes as if the player was sprinting but there isn't any speed modification.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get on a boat
2. Start navigating
3. Press the sprint button.
