Explosion knockback resistance tooltip isn't scaled like normal knockback resistance

The bug

The knockback_resistance attribute is scaled by 10 when displayed in a tooltip, so a netherite chestplate says “+1 Knockback Resistance” instead of “+0.1 Knockback Resistance.” However, the explosion_knockback_resistance attribute is not scaled, so an item enchanted with blast protection displays a decimal number.

How to reproduce

1. /give @p netherite_chestplate[enchantments={blast_protection:2}]

2. Look at the tooltip

Expected behavior

It should say “+1 Knockback Resistance” and “+3 Explosion Knockback Resistance”

Observed behavior

It says “+1 Knockback Resistance” and “+0.3 Explosion Knockback Resistance”
