Closed captions for parched ambient sounds are inconsistent with other types of skeletons

As a result of MC-303654 and MC-303945 the current closed captions for Parched ambient sound and the corresponding Parrot imitation sound use the verb crackle, which is inconsistent with other types of skeletons

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to Options

    • Choose English (US) in Language

    • Turn on Closed Captions in Sound Options

  • Join a Minecraft world with commands enabled

  • Use the command for ambient Parched sound: /playsound minecraft:entity.parched.ambient

  • Use the commands for ambient sounds of other skeleton variations (Bogged, Skeleton and Stray):

    • /playsound minecraft:entity.bogged.ambient

    • /playsound minecraft:entity.skeleton.ambient

    • /playsound minecraft:entity.stray.ambient

  • Pay attention to the Closed Captions

Result

The Parched produces a caption Parched crackles, while the other skeleton variations produce a caption Bogged / Skeleton / Stray rattles.

Expected result

The Captions should be consistent, using the same verb. Either Parched rattles and Bogged / Skeleton / Stray rattles, or Parched crackles and Bogged / Skeleton / Stray crackles. Since Parched is the mob added in this drop, it is its caption that should be changed

Notes

In language packs the relevant caption text is stored at subtitles.entity.parched.ambient. The corresponding parrot subtitle is stored at subtitles.entity.parrot.imitate.parched and should be fixed too.
