Hardcore mode allows survival interaction after switching from Spectator to Creative via F3+F4

After dying in Hardcore mode, if the player switches to Spectator mode, opens the world to LAN, and then switches to Creative mode using F3+F4, the game continues behaving like normal Survival mode:
• Player respawns with full health and hunger.
• Player can take damage and die again. Upon death, the Spectator menu and main menu appear as expected.
• Items picked up after respawning function normally — can use tools, eat food, sleep, craft, attack mobs, and interact with blocks and chests.
• After re-entering the world, cheats are disabled, but items remain in the inventory.
• The world remains labeled as Hardcore, but survival interactions are fully functional.

Environment

Operating System: Windows 11
Minecraft Version: 1.21.10 (Java Edition), also reproducible on the latest snapshot
Language: English (US)
Mods: None (previously tested with Fabric + optimization mods, but bug reproduces on vanilla)
Hardware: CPU: Intel Core i5-14400F, GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, RAM: 16GB
Additional Notes: Bug occurs in single-player worlds with Open to LAN enabled, no other players required.
