Spears don't go into item frames

Spears don’t go into item frames when right clicked onto one, instead charges

Steps to reproduce: hold any spear in hand and right click on an item frame

Expected result: spear, like any other item, goes into the item frame

Actual result: spear charges, doesn’t go into the frame
