Steps to reproduce:
Hold a spear
Interact (right-click) with an item frame or villager at close range.
Observed results:
The game acts like you’re pointing at the block behind it.
Expected results:
The entity should be interacted with.

They fixed this with blocks in MC-304421, but not entities.
This may be WAI, as the spear is specifically programmed to not be able to interact with any entities if the user is within 2 blocks of them, not just unable to attack those entities.
