Texture padding method causes visual artifacts

When padding textures on the blocks atlas, Minecraft uses GL_CLAMP_TO_EDGE, which has a negative visual impact which causes Moire-like patterns to appear on the horizon.

Were GL_REPEAT used instead, these artifacts would be much less significant: https://discord.com/channels/1138536747932864532/1424838212702044190/1443261248371163382

To fix this, simply change the method used for texture padding.

As a note though, since I made that test, using repeat for all blocks is not ideal, since it can cause texture leaking on blocks that do not repeat indefinitely, like the grass block sides
