When padding textures on the blocks atlas, Minecraft uses GL_CLAMP_TO_EDGE, which has a negative visual impact which causes Moire-like patterns to appear on the horizon.

To fix this, simply change the method used for texture padding.

As a note though, since I made that test, using repeat for all blocks is not ideal, since it can cause texture leaking on blocks that do not repeat indefinitely, like the grass block sides
