Place multiple entities (e.g., pigs, minecart, armor stand) in front of the player
Open debug screen (F3)
Observe E: 0/x despite entities being visible and within simulation distance
Expected result:
E: 4/x or higher
Actual result:
E: 0/x

Simulation distance = 12
SC = 289

Additional test:
I tested the same setup in Minecraft Java Edition 1.16.1 (vanilla). In this version, the debug screen correctly shows the number of loaded entities (e.g., E: 16/18) when entities like pigs and minecarts are nearby.
In contrast, version 1.21.11 always shows E: 0/x even when entities are visible and close to the player.
This suggests that the issue may be a regression or unintended behavior introduced in newer versions.
