Upon launching the game, in the log file it will print this as INFO. This issue also occurs in 26.1 Snapshot 1

[STDERR]: [LWJGL] [ThreadLocalUtil] Unsupported JNI version detected, this may result in a crash. Please inform LWJGL developers.

This is probably relates to MC-305491

I cannot reproduce this anymore, it seems to have been fixed in 26.1 Snapshot 8
