When I try to move a block from one slot to another in any version, I have to hold down and drag it to the correct slot.
When I try to "spread" or "scatter" blocks in the crafting or chest, I have to go to each individual slot and right-click as many times as I want the item to be placed (1 time = 1 item), and it takes a few seconds to place it.
All quick movement functions, such as SHIFT+LEFT-CLICK, don't work, etc.
If I try to do this in unofficial versions, such as modded versions, everything works.

As said above, don’t create multiple copies of the same report.
