The golden dandelion does not work on tadpoles, its only not supposed to work on monsters and villagers, yet tadpoles are not able to use the golden dandelion item.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Summon a tadpole, try to use a golden dandelion on it.
Expected result:
It should work.
Actual result:
It does not work.
