Golden dandelions don't make mobs persistent

Golden dandelions do not make mobs persistent unlike other interactions like leading, name tagging e.c.t.

Steps:

Spawn a baby aquatic animal as these aren’t persistent by default.

Fly away and back to test if it despawns.

Result:

Baby despawns.

Expected result:

Baby doesn’t despawn.
