Since updating to version 1.21.11, my pets from previous versions no longer respond to my left-clicks.

I've attached a video as proof. The regular wolf is from the current version, and the snow wolf is from a previous version.

Which version did you update from prior?
Did you play in Offline Mode at any point?

Could not reproduce with 1.21.10 → 1.21.11

Hi!
Thank you for your report!

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As we have no repro of this issue.

  • Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?

  • Which previous version of Minecraft have you played?

  • Could you upload your world?

  1. Updated from version 1.21.10

  2. I usually play with an internet connection

  3. It's the base game, without mods or texture packs

  4. I'd be happy to transfer my world; I just need to know how to do it.

Uploading it to MediaFire would be much easier.

World saves are located in:
"C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\"
-Go to that path
-Right click world this occurred on and compress it to a zip file
-Upload the zip file directly in your response
-You can delete the zip file after if you want to keep it organized

First of all, I want to apologize for not uploading the files in the conventional way. I spent over 5 hours trying to upload the file, but the website wouldn't let me.

Even so, I uploaded my worlds to MediaFire (as I mentioned before) as an alternative method.

I hope your policies allow you to download the worlds this way, and I apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

Getting back to the topic:

The first one is where the clip comes from.

The second one is where I play with different texture packs.

I'd also like to add that I started these worlds in version 1.21.5.

Furthermore, I started both worlds before buying the game, that is, from an external launcher (SkLauncher). It wasn't until version 1.21.10 that I was able to legally purchase the game.

Hi, I have a few updates.

As I mentioned before, I used to play on an external launcher (SKlauncher), and back then, I used the username Iwax.

The thing is, when I bought the game legally, I had to change my username to IwaxWx, since I couldn't use the old one anymore because it was tied to the external launcher. (Although that last bit about the username is more speculation.)

Anyway, I went back into the game to test an idea I had yesterday... and this is what I found.

Which is strange since it's a solo world, but anyway, I hope this video can help solve this problem.

Of course, I can follow the steps I mentioned within the official game launcher.

However, I would appreciate it if you could check my worlds anyway, in case a solution can be found.

I'll send you the results shortly, hoping for a positive outcome.

Hello.

Here's the video where I explain the steps I mentioned in my previous answers.

  1. The first 3 wolves are from version 1.21.5.

  2. I tamed the new wolves in version 1.21.11.

  3. I checked if I could right-click on both wolves.

And indeed, I didn't have any problems with the pets in the official launcher.

So, with that said and having provided all the information I have, I hope for an answer that can help me solve the problem.

Because if a solution can't be found, I'll have no other option but to do something to those poor wolves... 💀

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, haha, but I really hope I don't have to resort to such extremes and that this situation can be resolved.
