so,i enter in minecraft 1.21.11 and mode is creative,I opened my backpack and took a wooden plank (important! I didn't put the plank in the inventory), then closed the backpack, randomly clicked the right mouse button, and the plank appeared out of nowhere (it's like placing it, but I wasn't holding anything and there were no particle effects). Can this be fixed? (Sorry, my English is not very good)

If you are on Windows, you can use Windows+Alt+R to open a built-in app for recording game footage.
If you are on Mac (Mojave or later), you can use Shift+Command+5 to open a built-in app for recording your screen.
