Baby hoglins can’t be fed golden dandelions to stop their growth, even though hoglins can be bred and their baby variants can grow and have the process sped up by crimson fungus.

Golden Dandelions cannot be used on a hostile baby mobs
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
