When using a dispenser dispensing Wolf Armor, it will-not equip to any tamed wolf in front of the dispenser.
Based on all the other armor in the game (Player Armor, Horse Armor and even newly added Nautilus armor) they can all equip normally onto respective mobs through a dispenser.
Yet, Wolf Armor does not have the same results and makes it inconsistent with the expected results.
