Despite MC-302778 being marked as fixed, Strength and Weakness still do not affect spear charge attacks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Apply Strength 2, and use a netherite spear to charge attack a pig at grounded sprinting speed.
Without Strength 2, this does not 1 shot the pig, but with Strength 2 it should 1 shot the pig.
Observe how the pig is still not 1 shot, due to the Strength effect not applying correctly.
Can confirm for strength 2.
I speared a pig with and without strength 2 at the same speed and after checking with /data get entity
I saw that both had the same health.
