The content of the chat restrictions screen can shift off-center and overflow the edge of the game window when the game window is shrunken horizontally while the chat restrictions screen is open

Reducing the window’s resolution while the chat restrictions screen is open causes its text to get misaligned, to the point of extending past the edge of the window if the resolution is lowered enough.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Video Settings screen and change the GUI scale to 1 or 2.

2. Go to the Chat Settings screen and change “Chat” to either “Commands Only” or “Hidden.”

3. Join a world.

4. Increase the window’s resolution, preferably to at least 1920x1080.

5. Open the chat.

6. Click on the message “Chat is restricted. Click this message for details.” to open the chat restrictions screen.

7. Decrease the window’s resolution, preferably to at most 854x480.
   -> ❌ The text in the middle of the screen is off-center.

Expected result:

Text in the chat restrictions screen would always be centered.

Observed result:

Text in the chat restrictions screen gets misaligned and can extend off the window’s bounds when the resolution is lowered.
