Can't see hollow through blocks for a while when moving into block in spectator mode

In spectator mode, you can see hollow through blocks when the player is in block. Thus, when you move into block from air, the hollow will render immediately. However, in 26.1 snapshot 7, the hollow renders after a while. The two videos were recorded at the same place and using the same device, and you can see the difference between them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter a world and switch to spectator mode.

2. Press Shift to move down.

3. Find a cave.

4. Move in and out of the cave and observe how the underground structures renders.
