I've been playing Minecraft for around a year now and I never had these problems before. Every time I breed a pig for a first time it works but when i wait 5 minutes and try breeding it again it doesn't work. I have waited 2 hours and it still won't let me breed the same pigs again.

This may be the case for all mobs. I tried to breed my cows and chickens and saw the same issue.
