[MC-306437] Glass panes now have subpixel gaps

Examine the tops and bottoms, as well as the edges, and you will find tiny but annoying gaps. This was not the case before Mounts of Mayhem.

Reproduced in 1.21.11, but could not reproduce in 26.1-snapshot-7.
