The iron golem sticks in the water flow with sprint particle under its feet

When I was using my iron farm in my singleplayer survival world, and making sure in the vanilla environment, the iron golems spawned in the expected area, but some of them sometimes would stick at somewhere in the water flow, and with some particle like they were sprinting. Furthermore, they may got moving regularly again or even directly pass through the walls after I artificially push them away.
