Iron Golems can spawn inside of blocks (including solid blocks)

What i have been seeing is: If the Iron Golem spawns with its hitbox just inside the "containing wall", he can further slide into the wall because of the water that is placed in most farms.

i know of a way to push iron golems that spawn inside of blocks the best way ive found is to use observers, pistons, string and piece of redstone on a block, put the piston on the 2nd block of the spawning floor, observer facing in on top of that and put string infront of the observer youll need a block behind the piston with a redstone dust on it to make it work, its an expensive modification but does increase efficiency

Maybe it's because of the hitbox of Iron Golem didn't touch the wall? You know the entities are actually based on hitbox instead visual elements.

This bug is being marked as a duplicate of other new 1.20 bugs that are very different. Iron golems spawning partially inside glass is one thing. Since 1.20 prereleases, iron golems are spawning completely on top of glass with no non-glass blocks nearby.
