Black Spotted Horses have updated textures even when using Programmer Art.

Hello! Simply put, the newer texture for Black Spotted Patterned Horses is used in Programmer Art instead of the older Programmer Art version. Thanks, have a great day. Oh, and I meant to report this last week, but sadly didn’t have time for it.
