When comparing the color applied to the normal and extended potions and arrows of the Turtle Master with the enhanced version, it is slightly different.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Make potion_overlay.png or tipped_arrow_head.png a 16x16 pure white (#FFFFFF) square.
Take a screenshot of the normal, extended and enhanced items in your inventory.
Use any image editor and color pick all of the tinted items.
Expected result: The color should be the same across all 3 variants.
Actual result: Enhanced potions and arrows of the Turtle Master have a different color from the normal and extended variants.

This is expected because multi-effect potions are colored according to the relative amplifiers of the contained effects. The normal potion mixes 4 parts slowness with 3 parts resistance; the enhanced potion mixes 6 parts slowness with 4 parts resistance. 6/10 > 4/7, so the enchanced potion has more slowness color.
