Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a Baby Zombie Villager with this command:

2. /summon zombie_villager ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b,NoAI:0b,equipment:{feet:{id:"minecraft:golden_boots"},legs:{id:"minecraft:golden_leggings"},chest:{id:"minecraft:golden_chestplate"},head:{id:"minecraft:golden_helmet"}}} 

3. Spawn a Villager a few blocks away from it

4. Freeze ticks while the Baby Zombie Villager is running

   /tick freeze

Observed Behavior:
Legs clip through the armor

Expected Behavior:
The armor covers the legs
