The feet of Baby Zombies, Baby Husks and Gurgles clip through boots while running and when being damaged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a Baby Zombie, Baby Husk and Gurgle with these commands:

/summon zombie ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b,NoAI:0b,equipment:{feet:{id:"minecraft:golden_boots"},legs:{id:"minecraft:golden_leggings"},chest:{id:"minecraft:golden_chestplate"}}}

/summon husk ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b,NoAI:0b,equipment:{feet:{id:"minecraft:golden_boots"},legs:{id:"minecraft:golden_leggings"},chest:{id:"minecraft:golden_chestplate"}}}

/summon drowned ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b,NoAI:0b,equipment:{feet:{id:"minecraft:golden_boots"},legs:{id:"minecraft:golden_leggings"},chest:{id:"minecraft:golden_chestplate"}}}

1. Spawn a Villager a few blocks away from them

2. Freeze ticks while they are running

   /tick freeze

Observed Behavior:
Their feet clip through the boots

Expected Behavior:
The boots covers their feet
