Entities sometimes don't recognize pointed dripstones as obstacles when pathfinding

Hostile mobs fail to navigate around or jump over Pointed Dripstone stalagmites when pursuing a player. The AI appears to treat the block's coordinates as passable air, causing the mob to walk indefinitely into the stalagmite's hitbox without recalculating a path (Like in Alpha and Beta). Mobs will stand and walk into the stalagmite indefinitely, even while taking damage from your sword or being set on fire. They don't prioritize "moving to a safe block" over their failed pathing attempt.
