Attached is a screenshot of a game session in a fresh install unmodded version of the game. I have found and configured the F3+F6 menu to show ALL debug information, but I am barely getting more than the default. Issue has persisted with no less than 2 reinstalls. I have also deleted my .minecraft folder in testing. This issue is uncommon (potentially isolated to me or my environment) as I cannot find other reports or examples.
Environment
Windows 11 Pro, current build. All relevant drivers are up-to-date.

However, this issue is Invalid.
This report does not describe a bug.
You have the “Reduced Debug Info” option enabled or the reduced_debug_info game rule set to true. You need both of these to be disabled to see all debug info.
