nbt=Health:5s targets all XP orbs

When trying to specify on a repeating command block with the execute command, I tried to use the Health nbt in the as feature to XP orbs specifically from bottles, @e[type=experience_orb, nbt={Health:5s}], as Google’s search AI said that tag was specifically used by Bottle O' Enchanting XP. When I ran the command block, it affected ALL experience orbs.
