The game crashes before opening

Game cannot launch and I am presented with an error message of the game crashing, and I suspect this is because of trying to implement Vulkan and the fallback OpenGL failed. My device cannot run Vulkan.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the Minecraft Launcher and launch the game in the latest snapshot.
2) Error message pops up after it tries to load.

Expected Result:
Runs like normal

Actual Result:
Game crashes with the error message
