Emptying a sulfur cube bucket underwater doesn't place the sulfur cube at the targeted block

The bug

When the player is emptying a bucket of sulfur cube underwater, the sulfur cube is not placed in the direction the player is looking at.

How to reproduce

1. Give yourself a bucket of sulfur cube.

2. Go underwater.

3. Use the bucket of sulfur cube on a certain block.

Expected result

The sulfur cube would have spawned at the block the player looked at.

Observed result

The sulfur cube always spawns behind the player.
