Some textures are sometimes not loaded and parts of the game render fully black

Summary

In some cases, when the game is fully restarted, some textures are missing and turning black. Reloading the Resource Pack (F3 + T, Texture Filtering adjustment, language switch) solves temporarily and the issue reappears once the game is fully restarted.

Steps to Reproduce

This issue is possibly to be reproduced with simply fully restart the game. It is considered successfully reproduced once the game acts like screenshots attached below.

Other Details

Crash log is generated when this issue takes place and attached below. An AI model suggests that the report contains several error related with GL_INVALID_OPERATION &/or GL_INVALID_ENUM of OpenGL. It gives a conclusion that several OpenGL functions of old version are attempted to be invoked by the game whereas they are not supported by current context.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. Have you found a fix as of yet?

@ZYX_2D I have mentioned you in the support channel as I had something specific in mind, and when you came into support previously I missed it as I didn’t get a mention

This issue is highly related with AMD or other integrated graphic cards. If this issue happens, try to stop your integrated card from working - no matter they are working with independent ones or not.

The issue is that a third party software - I suspect Bandicam, based on the log - is injecting itself into the game, and using ancient opengl methods that are not available. This issue is with that software, not Minecraft, and my only recommendation is to see if there’s an update that fixes it, or uninstall it.
