Redstone visual appearance can plicker and pixels themselves are missaligned when certain distance

When putting down redstone cross I noticed that it keeps changing when I am about 10 blocks away and pixels are misaligned when I am around 6 blocks away

steps to reproduce:
1. Place redstone cross
2. Back away (preferably flying so it is more visible)
