[MC-307909] Punch bows used on sulfur cubes don't appear to have much of an effect

When compared to normal bows, shooting a sulfur cube (with a block inside of it) with a punch bow doesn’t appear to have it move a significant extra distance, unlike with all other mobs. Expected result would be for there to be significant, easily visible distance increase with level.

From what I can tell, this issue is present in snapshot 5, but is no longer present in snapshot 6.
