[MC-307957] Villagers can't interact with workstation/POI blocks inside certain structures

Place these two structures with their respective commands: /place template minecraft:village/taiga/houses/taiga_library_1 , /place template minecraft:village/savanna/houses/savanna_library_1
Spawn an unemployed villager

The villager would reach the POI/workstation inside of the generated structure and refill their trades or become a librarian

The carpet generated with the structure prevents the villager from properly interacting with the workstation and/or refilling their trades.
