At extreme weirdness/ridges values, the game can generate deep lakes / "sinkholes"

This has been an issue since at least 1.18 and is fairly well known, but I haven’t found a bug report on it yet. At extreme weirdness/ridges noise values, the game can sometimes generate extremely deep lakes. Their depth is only limited by them hitting the bottom of the world and being rounded off.

They only will generate if continentalness (C) / erosion (E) values are also in specific ranges, an example of each below.

Steps to Reproduce

All below examples can be replicated by creating a world with the given seed and teleporting to 0, 0.

a. 121825627925 (medium-low E and medium-low C, near mountains and plateaus)

b. 3448668429 (high E and medium-high C, around swamps and windswept hills)

c. 9875920 (medium E and any C, around plateaus)
