Hanging signs' recipe unlock criterion name was changed to `has_planks`

The bug

In previous versions, the name for the criteria for obtaining a stripped log in the various hanging sign recipe unlocking advancements was has_stripped_logs. Since 26.2-snapshot-7 merged some of the sign/hanging sign behavior, the criterion name was changed to has_planks. This name is inaccurate since the advancements still check for stripped logs.

This is a minor issue with no gameplay impact.

How to reproduce

1. Type /advancement grant @s only recipes/decorations/oak_hanging_sign with a space

2. Look at the tab-complete suggestions

Expected result

Should be has_stripped_logs and has_the_recipe

Observed result

It’s has_planks and has_the_recipe
